Who We Are

From Vision to a
Trusted Partner

It started in 2012 with a simple idea: large-scale buildings could be managed more safely if managers had access to the right data. Artiom Komardin and Przemek Gałazka turned that idea into Sense Monitoring — a team of structural engineers, installers, developers, and domain experts united by a single mission: promote best practices in managing buildings with flat roofs through products, services, and shared knowledge.

Today our systems operate across 12 European countries with 500+ completed installations — warehouses, logistics halls, production facilities, retail centers, and public buildings. Now we’re bringing that decade of engineering expertise to the United States.

Our Technology

Three Systems, One Platform

Sense Smart Roofs Solutions is an integrated roof-monitoring platform combining multiple sensor systems to ensure roof safety and performance. Trusted by Amazon, IKEA, and VW.

S-One

Roof deflection & load monitoring

Continuously measures roof movement caused by snow, water, or other loads. High-precision readings every 3 minutes support real-time snow removal decisions — reducing removal frequency by up to 90%.

  • Real-time deflection monitoring, 24/7
  • SMS, email & push alerts at 50% and 70% thresholds
  • Supports PV load assessments
  • Grid-powered — no battery replacements

DSW

Water level detection

Detects dangerous water accumulation on flat roofs and monitors drainage system performance in real time. Early alerts help prevent overloading, leakage, and structural damage during heavy rainfall.

  • Live monitoring during every rainfall event
  • Early detection of drainage malfunctions
  • Non-intrusive installation on any roof
  • Multi-building network management

Smart Roofs Platform

Cloud analytics & weather alerts

Web and mobile dashboard giving facility managers 24/7 access to roof data from anywhere. Interactive maps, intuitive charts, and 48-hour weather forecasts with precise snow and rain predictions for each building location.

  • Interactive map with full facility overview
  • Smart notifications — SMS, email & push
  • Weather alerts with 48h & 7-day forecasts
  • Historical data & compliance reporting

Common Questions

FAQ

What qualifications do I need to become a partner?

We look for companies with experience in commercial roofing, building maintenance, or related construction trades. You should hold a valid business license and have a team capable of performing roof-level installations. Prior experience with sensor or monitoring systems is a plus but not required — our training program covers everything you need.

What territories are available?

We're actively building our partner network across the United States, with priority markets in Colorado, Michigan, Utah, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. Each certified partner receives a protected geographic territory — no competing Sense installers in your area. Contact us to check availability in your region.

How long does the certification process take?

The typical path from application to certification takes 4–6 weeks. This includes an introductory evaluation, online platform training modules, and a hands-on installation workshop. Your first supervised installation counts toward certification. We work around your schedule to minimize business disruption.

What kind of support do you provide?

Certified partners get a dedicated engineering support line for complex installations and technical escalations. We conduct monthly business reviews, provide co-branded marketing materials, and offer marketing co-investment to support your local outreach. Our PSR cloud platform gives you real-time visibility into every installation you manage.

What is the revenue model?

Partners earn revenue from three streams: hardware sales (sensors, gateways, and accessories at competitive partner pricing), installation services (your labor, your margin), and recurring monitoring subscriptions with an ongoing revenue share. The combination of upfront project revenue and long-term recurring income creates a sustainable business model.

Do I need prior experience with sensor systems?

No. Our certification program is designed to take experienced roofing and construction professionals and teach them everything about Sense technology — from sensor placement and wireless mesh networking to the PSR analytics platform. What matters most is your ability to work safely at height and manage installation projects. We handle the technology training.

What investment is required to get started?

The partnership involves a certification fee that covers training, assessment, and your initial marketing kit. The exact amount depends on your territory and partnership tier. We also offer a founding partner track with preferential terms for early adopters entering new markets. Reach out for a detailed breakdown tailored to your situation.

Can I serve both commercial and industrial clients?

Absolutely. Sense systems are deployed across commercial warehouses, distribution centers, retail, manufacturing facilities, and public buildings. Our DSW snow load system and S-One structural health monitors cover a wide range of building types. Your territory agreement covers all segments within your geographic area.
